I've released the source code to my J2ME flashcard application. I put this together last year to assist me in learning Chinese characters. It's a straight forward mobile phone application that displays simplified Chinese characters and then the pinyin & english translations for those characters.

It is no longer in active development by myself since I've moved to an iPhone (which doesn't run J2ME). Perhaps I'll make an iPhone version, we'll see. Anyhow, feel free to take the code and modify it. Any redistributions should attribute myself in the application somewhere (see the included license file).
