I am a Canadian living and working in Beijing, China. I have over 15 years of Unix/Internet working experience.

I am a technologist. I follow technology development with a focus on the Internet. I understand trends and future directions of technology. I am most comfortable with setting and implementing a technology strategy for a small to medium technology company, architecting the systems, hiring and managing technical and product management staff.

My background is in building Internet companies, services and technologies. I have considerable experience in network and software architecture in the specific areas of Web Applications, Mobile, Security and Finance.
